The weather got you down?  The stress of everyday life have you in a tizzy?  The 4pm cravings settle in?

Regardless of what your reason, overeating or bing eating doesn’t have to happen.  Mindful eating is possible.  It just takes a little extra time and effort.  It will be worth it in the end….much better than that food hangover that is looming in the distance.
