For one-on-one sessions

Together, we make lasting change and complete a fully restorative program

01. assess and diagnose

We pinpoint your current issues and areas of struggle

We begin with data collection. Diagnostic tools include:

  • In-depth Intake Discussion (health goals, daily routine, and lifestyle)

  • Stress and Activity Level Evaluation

Our assessment process allows us to identify your unique health challenges and goals. They result in:

  1. Comprehensive analysis of your health history

02. personalized strategy

We outline your goals and create a plan designed just for you

Refine your goals

After completing your assessment and diagnosis, we redefine your goals and decide which areas and behaviors to target for improvement.

Strategy for a newly discovered health condition

Treating newly discovered health conditions often is a key strategy of your plan. For example, if we’ve discovered a food intolerance or severe inflammation, your plan may require you to immediately stop consuming certain foods.  Don’t fret! We’ll focus on finding great alternatives so that you’ll never feel deprived.

Strategies for personal goals + overall health

Our purpose together is to get you to where you want to be. Personal goals are reached largely through bettering health habits. All plans focus on eating, sleeping, and moving healthier.

03. coaching + execution

During the process, we’ll motivate you, guide you, and hold you accountable

Teaching + keeping track along the way

You’ll receive emails, reminders, and helpful hints regarding what health foods to buy and where. As a member of the Institute of Integrative Health community, we’ll keep you up-to-date on the latest nutritional theories and research findings.

Effective methods such as self-reporting, food tracking, accountability strategies, and email check-ins are used. Since health is so personal, we’ll also check in on your emotional state and self-esteem during the process.

Reassessment is an important part of our process

At each session, we’ll review your plan and progress, adjusting short and long term goals as your symptoms improve and nutritional status changes.

We develop the pathway you begin to acquire healthy habits and sustain them

Each change is tailored for you, whether you’re someone who can adopt big lifestyle changes quickly or you need small, incremental changes with a lot of encouragement.

To set you up to succeed, we take a deep dive into your personal schedule to determine what is realistic and where you need support.
