Kohlrabi - Nature’s new pasta
Truth be told, I am kind of over Zoodles. And Cauliflower rice for that matter. This is a new find that I love. It serves as a great pasta substitute or salad filler. Kohlrabi is in the turnip family and has a refreshing peppery aftertaste. However, it is bland enough that it tastes great with your favorite pasta toppings or even just some olive oil and salt. Eat up!!
