Here's Why You Stress Eat — And How to Stop Doing It

 

Stress eat? You?  Never.  

Don’t worry, its a EVERYBODY does it.  It’s called emotional eating and at times is a totally normal reaction to whether you're feeling stressed, celebratory, sad, anxious, bored and the list goes on.  The number one way to stop or lessen the habit of “numbing” out with food is to decipher if your hunger is emotional or physical.  Easier said than done?  It's not as hard as you think.
